Our Association

The APAS, “Association for Art and Solidarity”, is a non-profit association, created in June 2023 and born from the wish of its President, Mr Massimo Filosa, of Italian nationality and Monegasque resident.

It was following the loss of a dear friend, affected by a serious degenerative disease, that Mr. Filosa was able to observe that beyond the patient's physical suffering were added the economic and psychological difficulties that those around the patient must suddenly face.
It was in his own name that he initially decided to make his financial contribution in order to support and assist the families of patients affected by the disease.

We do not favour any disease; our aim is to improve the living conditions of the most disadvantaged.
On the other hand, as its name suggests, APAS also wishes to support the world of Art. Why Art? Because its President, a fan of Italian Modern Art and a collector since he was 20 years old, wishes to contribute to projects such as assistance to young artists, specialized schools, the award of scholarships, or even training assistance.
